In the past few years I've done my own research about the human experience and the connection we all share in what I would call collective consciousness. The underlying issue being that the state of most beings on our planet appears to be in disharmony. However, there is a way around it and it starts with each of us' individual inner dialogue.
Most people are living life in constant survival mode, repeating the same thought patterns of fear and self sabotage. Thought excursions about past mistakes or the uncertain future freeze them in a loop of circumstances that reflect the state of their minds - clearly visible on a global level. The mainstream approach of focussing on the world's problems rather than going to the root of it and providing an actual solution, keeps the loop spinning.
In reality we are all capable of achieving anything we want. It's about making choices in everyday life, figuring out why we want certain things and where our emotional triggers are that prevent us from making the necessary steps to make it happen.
The biggest breakthrough I had personally was when I had hit rock bottom and at that point decided I have nothing to lose, so I might as well give it a try to manifest my dreams. I chose happiness from within myself, independent of any outer circumstances. And I was going to do it on my own terms.
So many goals people usually have are ultimately about self validation and overcoming fear. Like, I thought about going to university, so I would be more accepted by society and had a somewhat financially safe future. I thought about finding a steady job that would keep me busy and I would be able to proudly tell people about my adapted mainstream life.
But I realized that the best way of succeeding at anything in life started with loving myself and accepting me for who I am at this very moment. I am worthy of love now and I don't need to be concerned about other people's opinion as long as I know who I am and where my path is going.
After this shift of thought patterns, you suddenly have much more brainpower and more time at hand to do the things you really want to do. And it is then when you are catapulted into the present moment and process reality much differently than in default mode.
It can be a little overwhelming at first and still there are some stumbling blocks on the road that might bring you out of it again, mainly because you wanna do everything at once and you can lose balance through lack of sleep, food or getting irritated by other people who are still in the old mindset. Patience, tolerance and acceptance of everybody's individual paths are crucial.
You will then discover that, since your brain is working more efficiently and without any more clutter clogging up your life, you are able to learn any new skill almost effortlessly and in a state of joy and curiosity.
That's what people call a growth mindset, cultivated by the rich & famous and geniuses throughout history.
At this point you might wanna start a business or that long dreamt of singing or acting career - anything you touch will be a success.
Because you have changed your belief system about how money is abundant - you can basically manifest it out of thin air.. some people do that excessively - and don't even know what to do with it, because they never take the next step.
Unity. You don't seek to please your ego either by dominating nor saving other people. All you want is for everyone to have the most awesome life possible and paradoxically the most efficient way to achieve this is to focus on yourself and making your own life a living miracle.
Including making your romantic dreams come true. And love becomes so different as well. Rather than trying to attract a certain person, you shift yourself into the state of how you want your relationships to be like - and then you will automatically attract people who will embody it with you. Needless to say, the sex is amazing, your senses are heightend and it's almost like you can achieve a psychic connection with people you're intimate with and generally read people's minds.. - which can be a little overwhelming in crowds.
How long can you maintain it / how can you integrate this state of being into your everyday life - that's what I'm working on right now ;)
In any case, the future will be amazing and the universe will be our playground.
